SCLEOA  Registration and Cancellation Policy

SCLEOA values your participation in our events and programs.  However, it has become necessary for us to develop a cancellation and registration payment policy due to problems that have arisen regarding payments, last minute cancellations, and expectations of refunds.   

 

 

Registrations

For SCLEOA sponsored events that have a registration fee, payment must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event for your registration to be reserved.  If your agency is processing a check we will hold a reservation for you with a valid credit card number.  Immediately following the event, if payment via check has not been received, your credit card will be processed.   

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before an event are not eligible for refunds.  At that point, food counts have been provided to caterers and supplies and/or training materials have been purchased for the event.  However, you may substitute an attendee for someone who is unable to attend. 

Cancellations received prior to 72 hours before an event are eligible for full or partial refunds (depending on the event).
