In order to obtain legal representation, your membership must be current at the time of the incident, and you must meet the required qualifications.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers’ Foundation is recognized by the United States Treasury Department as a non-profit organization under IRS Code Section 501 (c)(3). Tax Deductable donations to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers’ Foundation helps with our training, line of duty death benefits, and scholarships.
